Get a treat
In *The Cat's Cradle* (north of main engineering):
1. use treat dispenser (also push dispenser, dispense)
2. You receive a portable *cat treat* (short cooldown per person)
3. Find a cat — they roam — or wait for one at home
Give it

Same idea for Thor. The treat is consumed; the cat reacts (and may get
more interested in people for a while).
